Hospital Advisory Council (May 2020 - Present)
- Assisting Kencana Healthcare in the preparation of “Kencana Specialist Hospital” in Bandar Baru Uda, Johor Bahru on a 5.41-acre Waqaf land owned by MAIJ (Majlis Agama Islam Johor) since 2017 with the previous team consultant followed by the 2nd team as Hospital Advisory Council.
- Attended preparation meetings with various stakeholders in the preparation of floor plans, hospital operational design, operational concept, hospital business development plan, strategic management plan etch towards the development of this 1st “Waqaf” concept private hospital in Malaysia.
Kajang Plaza Medical Center
Marketing & Business Development (Nov 2019 - April 2020)
- Managing the Public Relations & Marketing department of Kajang Plaza Medical Centre (KPMC), a secondary care private hospital in Kajang town. KPMC was established in 2000 as O&G Hospital with few other disciplines such as Physician, Orthopaedic, General Surgery, Paediatrics, ENT and Radiology.
- Assisted the management to overhaul their marketing and public relations division on the new marketing strategies especially on the MCO (Managed Care Organizations), new Orthopaedic Packages, new LPPKN registration for mammogram, revision of delivery packages and medical tourism. Develop Covid-19 Mobile Testing with DF Bespoke & Pantai Premier Pathology for individual & corporations throughout Hulu Langat area.

Damai Service Hospital (HQ) was established in 1981 and have been in operation as a secondary care private hospital. Damai is well known in IVF/IVSI Treatment plus others.

6. Dialysis Center - IMU Healthcare is one of the departments in IMU (International Medical University). We manage all the above clinics and centers. The development of IMU Hospital is under progress next to IMU Bukit Jalil campus. Current responsibilities are to promote the Clinics services to corporate clients, Managed Care Organizations (MCO) such as Insurance or Third-Party Administrator (TPA), NGOs, GLCs and anyone needed healthcare services.
- We conduct health screening campaigns, events, talks, seminars etch to our stakeholders on monthly basis to promote those centers.
- Beside servicing the public, those clinics is also act as students practice area to enhance their clinical skills with the supervision of their supervisors. We just launched the IMU Hospital ground-breaking ceremony on the 14th of Dec 2017. The hospital is expected to operational in 1st or 2nd Quarter 2021. For year ending 2017, IMU Healthcare revenue growth for 2017 is up by 18% compared to 2016.

- Sri Kota Specialist Medical Centre is a private tertiary 232 bed hospital located in the heart of Klang town. The hospital started it operations in 1999 with various discipline of clinical specialties such as Cardiothoracic Surgery, Radiotherapy & Oncology, Opthalmology, Orthopedic & Trauma Surgery, Urology, Anaesthesiology, Physiatry, Neurology, Nephrology, ENT, O&G and many more. Since 1999 ~ 2005 the hospital is making a loss. In 2006 it started a maiden profit since operational with 8% growth and in 2007 it clocked a 22% whopping growth with RM3.35M net profit.
- Sri Kota Specialist Medical Centre was wholly owned by 1st board Southern Acids (M) Berhad.
